2025 Annual Assessments

2025 Annual Assessments are $110.00 per lot with a $10 processing and convenience fee for paying with online with a credit or debit card.

Assessments for 2025 are past due as of January 31, 2025.

Board Meetings

The TSEHA Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Meetings are open to the public and homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The board currently meets at Johnny’s Pizza on Youree Drive.
