Board Meetings

The TSEHA Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Meetings are open to the public and homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The board currently meets at Johnny’s Pizza on Youree Drive.

Town South Estates Homes Association Annual Assessments

The annual assessment for the Town South Estates Homes Association is $110.00 per lot. Payments made online by credit or debit card are subject to a $10.00 processing and convenience fee.

Annual assessments are required for all properties located within the boundaries of the Town South Estates Homes Association in accordance with the association’s bylaws and covenants.

Assessments are due January 31 of each year, and become past due February 28.

The following streets are located within the boundaries of the Town South Estates Homes Association and are therefore subject to annual assessments:

Town South Drive, Smitherman Drive (single-family homes only), North & South Wickford Circle, Galway Drive, Tiffin Court, North & South Dresden Circle (the 500 block of Dresden Court is not part of the association), Lowell Court, Brighton Court, Wellington Court, Kenshire Court, Coventry Court, and Village Green Drive

Failure to pay assessments when due may result in additional collection actions, including late fees, liens, legal action, and other remedies available under the association’s bylaws & covenants, and applicable state law.
